Fuctional Test Equipment
Various specialized carts for functional testing of aircraft systems. Carts are aluminum or stainless steel with stainless steel tubing flow systems. Projects have included 8-Bottle Nitrogen Carts; Liquid Nitrogen Carts; 2-Bottle Oxygen Quality Air Carts; Potable Water Fill/Flush Carts and many others. Some systems are equipped with electronic pressure monitoring. These units are constructed to exacting specifications required by the commercial aircraft industry and are delivered as turnkey diagnostic systems.
16-Bottle Oxygen Quality Air Cart
Designed to be a transportable source of compressed oxygen quality air, the cart is designed for use either indoors or outdoors. The cart is towable, has storage capacity for 16 standard oxygen quality air bottles, and provides for manual adjustment, control, and pressure measurement.
